For large families and/or groups wishing to do their own thing, the Lodge can be hired as a fully serviced self-catering getaway; subject to a minimum period of 10-days.

Just a stone’s throw from the blue Indian Ocean, Dolphin Drive Lodge features four comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms – each with its own private entrance – and spectacular sea views.

DStv and a laundry service are available, as is secure covered parking. Note that children under 12 and pets are not allowed.

Besides the endless stretches of unspoilt beach there is a lot more that one can do and see in our part of the world. You will find an excellent choice of restaurants, the Wild Coast Casino, movie theatres, surf and rock fishing, shopping malls, dolphin and whale watching, a crocodile farm, reptile park, 10 golf courses, a coffee farm and specialist sword and knife craftsmen, all and more within an easy 20 km drive.

For the more active and adventurous there is scuba diving on the world-renowned Protea Banks and Aliwal Shoal, deep sea fishing, canoeing, hiking, bungee swings, mountain biking, microlight flips, horse riding and even << guided ½-day dirt bike outrides, incorporating interesting visits and stop-offs at local villages and a shabeen.
