In our quest to offer and maintain only the highest quality accommodation, we have instituted a number of simple practices that, over the years, have proved to be successful in safeguarding all parties and ensure our visitors have an enjoyable hassle-free stay.

The first of these is inventory control. While every rental accommodation we manage is inspected and checked at the beginning of each season, the numbers and continual guest turnover makes it is impossible for us to keep monitoring all inventories. Thus, we ask that you please check the inventory carefully upon arrival and advise us within 24-hours of any breakages, shortages, missing items and\or appliances that are out of order. Done first thing, this is designed to protect you.

Should you break anything, or experience a theft during your stay, please advise our office immediately so that we can take the necessary steps.

Next, and closely related to inventory control, we ask that no furniture be moved within, or removed from, the premises. The reason, of course, being it can cause confusion and unnecessary problems.

Then there is security. In the interest of protecting the premises and your personal belongings, please ensure that all the windows and doors are securely closed and that the house\flat\townhouse is properly locked when you go out. Remember that whilst you are occupying the accommodation you are fully responsible for its contents, so do take the necessary precautions.
